The Canyon de Chelly is a magnificent place to see and ride horse back down the valley in order to get the full effect. This is one place that you will truly see how the ancient ones use to live in their dwellings and petroglyphs that mark where they once were. This place is a wonderful place to visit on your way to the Navajo Nation Capital Window Rock, Arizona. Also, the Tseyi Heritage Center has a campground that will allow you to park and enjoy the outdoors. There are park tables, barbeque grills, and space to pitch a tent.
